How we work
Mandate
Asset, direction, size, form, jurisdiction, and timeline. In writing, from a principal or their direct representative.
Verification
Proof of product on the sell side. Proof of funds on the buy side. KYC on both, before anyone is introduced.
Execution
Principals negotiate directly. We manage the transaction until terms are agreed and documented.
Settlement
Vault-to-vault title transfer or supervised on-chain delivery, through custodians and counsel acceptable to both sides.

Our standards
Much of the off-market commodities space runs on unverified paper and long chains of intermediaries. Pilltron does not operate that way.
Verification before introduction
Proof of product and proof of funds are confirmed before any party is introduced. That order does not change.
No intermediated paper
We do not circulate SKRs, blind mandates, or recycled offers.
Principals only
We work with principals and their direct representatives. We do not join broker chains.
